In de Kaas Experience kan uiteraard AlkmaarsGoud® kaas worden geproefd en zijn gevacumeerde kaasstukjes in geschenkverpakking te koop. Naast verpakte kaas vind je in de delicatessenzaak ook Leonidas chocolade, koffie van De Pelikaan, vele soorten losse thee, relatiegeschenken, cadeaus en diverse kaasgerelateerde artikelen.

De Kaas Experience is een belevenis voor jong en oud waar de verhalen worden verteld over de rijke geschiedenis van de beroemde Alkmaarse kaasmarkt. Door middel van schilderijen, foto’s en video’s wordt de eeuwenoude traditie van kaas verhandelen tot leven gebracht.
